Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) – Vehicle HUDs and Screen Graphics Design

Working within the Art Department in Wellington, New Zealand, I collaborated with production designers, art directors, and on-set teams on screen graphics and UI design for Avatar: The Way of Water. I designed a range of screens and interfaces, with a focus on vehicle dashboards, lab displays and other in-world graphics used during production.

My role also involved reworking and extending interface designs from the original Avatar film, updating them to support new story requirements while maintaining visual continuity within the franchise. The work was developed for practical on-set use and for integration into the broader VFX and post-production pipeline.
